Have you been feeling more frustrated, overwhelmed, or emotionally stretched lately?

Perhaps you’ve been carrying a lot.

Life may feel full of pressure, responsibilities, difficult conversations, uncertainty, or simply too much coming at once. Sometimes that inner tension shows up as irritability, impatience, resentment, reactivity, or the feeling that you’re holding everything together by sheer effort.

You’re not alone.

Softening Inner Tension is a free 30-Day gentle September practice designed to help you meet these moments with greater mindfulness, compassion, and care.

Throughout the month, you’ll receive short daily reflections, simple practices, and optional opportunities to meditate and reflect in community—all designed to support you in just a few minutes a day.

Why Can't I Meditate? Podcast

Online Community on Skool

You don’t have to practice alone

Our online community lives on Skool, where women gather for guided practices, reflection, and gentle connection. It’s a supportive space to ask questions, share insights, and stay connected to your practice — from wherever you are.

Alongside the Why Can’t I Meditate? podcast, you’re invited into this supportive space where we explore meditation together.

A place to ask questions, share honestly, and receive guidance as your practice unfolds.

ONLINE MEDITATION STUDIO

More than a podcast — a place to practice

In addition to the Peaceful Journey and Why Can’t I Meditate? podcasts, this is home to my online meditation studio — a spacious library of hundreds of guided meditations and sound-based practices you can return to anytime.

The studio includes practices for grounding, rest, emotional support, sleep, stress relief, and mindful awareness — offered in a range of lengths and approaches to meet you where you are.

All practices are guided with trauma-aware, invitational language, allowing you to engage at your own pace and in ways that feel supportive.

You’re welcome to explore the studio at your own pace.

There are many ways to practice with me — whether you’re looking for a brief moment of grounding, a longer guided meditation, or ongoing support through live classes and the online studio.

You’re welcome to explore what feels most supportive right now, and return whenever you need.

How does it work

Meditation that meets you where you are

Rather than trying to change or fix your experience, these practices invite you to slow down, listen, and return to the body.

Each meditation is guided with trauma-aware, invitational language and may include breath awareness, body sensing, sound, silence, or gentle visualization — always with choice.

You’re encouraged to engage in the way that feels most supportive, whether that’s sitting, lying down, listening briefly, or returning to a practice again and again over time.

There is no right way to meditate here — only a steady invitation to presence, rest, and inner steadiness.
